Rent Collection and Monitoring

Rent payments are checked regularly to ensure accurate record of payment and late payments can be dealt with promptly.

Maintenance Report and Organisation

Maintenance issues are a priority in managing the property. Our team has an extensive contact of contractors so all maintenance issues can be examined and repaired in a timely manner. Property owners will be updated throughout the process of maintenance and photographs or videos can be provided for complete transparency.

Flexible Rent Disbursement

Rent disbursement are generally performed twice a month. However, the disbursement schedule can be altered to suit the owner’s needs.

Conduct Regular Routine Inspections

Property Inspections are conducted every three months to ensure the property is looked after by the tenants. Routine inspections are also a good way to detect maintenance issues the tenants may not have been aware of.

A Routine Inspection Report with photographs will be provided to the owners after each inspection.

Complaints Management

At Chapter One Property, we believe that most of the time, complaints can be resolved by simply tracing back to the source of the problem and finding a satisfying solution. However, if a complaint is brought to the RTA and the tribunal, our experienced property managers will attend to the disputes.

Property Report

All property rentals history will be recorded through our computer management software (CMS). All landlords with have access to the records online at their fingertips.
